Founded in 2006, Renewed Vision Counseling Services has provided trauma-informed mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults, and helped pioneer telemental health counseling across Arkansas.
Renewed Vision Counseling Services grew from a simple conviction: that people deserve care that meets them where they are. For many Arkansans, especially in rural communities, that meant bringing counseling to the screen years before the world caught up. The practice has served individuals and couples working through depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges, with clinical specialties including EMDR for trauma and telemental health delivery.
Everything on the main site, the teaching, the trainings, the AI ethics work, stands on the foundation this practice built. The counseling room came first. It still informs every talk, every course, and every consultation.
Dr. Jones remains a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S, Arkansas), a National Certified Counselor, and a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider. He is currently on sabbatical from seeing clients and is not accepting new clients at this time. Clinical supervision for Arkansas associate counselors continues, as does his consultation and training work.
While the practice is not taking new clients, please don't let that pause your search. Your state counseling association and your insurance provider's directory are both solid places to find a licensed counselor, and many clinicians now offer telehealth statewide.
